of receipt for a refund of the item price (not including shipping costs). If you
need to return an item, please contact us and we will give you return
instructions.
Custom made jewelry items cannot be returned unless we have
made an error on your order or the item is defective. In that event, we will
correct the order for you if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your
order.
